Anti Aging, how to firm up the skin and reduce wrinkles

Some people say getting rid of wrinkles is impossible, but there are so many solutions for anti ageing and how to firm up the skin and reduce wrinkles, that I think this is an inaccurate conclusion. We all end up with wrinkles at some point, yes that’s true, but why we end up with wrinkles is down to more than one factor.

I think the most obvious is hydration and moisturisation from water and oils in our diets. So diet would then play a factor in how quickly or slowly we age.

We have also been exposed to sun damage, especially those of us who lived through Global Warming. Treating people at that time was very successful because the use of hydration and moisture masks replenished the skin nearly as quickly as the sun damage would take it away.

Today, sun damage is not as extreme as it once was, in the UK, that is not to say you shouldn’t moisturise or use sunscreen for protection.

A sabotage to age people prematurely

The Saboteurs, whom I have had the displeasure of being sabotaged by, were scaring people in such a way, that they would show signs of aging more prominently at a younger age. I myself have been cut around the eyes in a crow feet pattern and scores scaring from the Basel area to the mouth as well as huge eye to jowl scars and also tiny little cuts to emulate mouth wrinkles, and of course the cuts along my forehead which turned into forehead wrinkles.


I was younger and unwrinkled when this happened so didn’t think it would ever be something I couldn’t figure out, I mean to say I had time to find a solution. I came up with several solutions, and of course I tried all of them and remained wrinkle free for a long time!.

Putting some Anti Aging Facemasks to the Test!

We all worry about wrinkles and premature aging, so I’ve decided to put some home remedies to the test! I have been watching YouTube and pouring over the blogs and I’ve found some recipes I’d like to put to the test.

Now it is true that I don’t have lots and lots of wrinkles, but I do have a problem with lines that I don’t want! And also my face without botox is falling, yes, gravity is taking hold and as I have a metal plate in my head, my skin cannot attach to my skull (due to a horrible incident) but hey, I’m alive!

That being said, I have to do something to prevent it from sagging. They say that what ages a person most is not actually wrinkles but in fact sagging skin around the jowl area.

Castor Oil – for Anti Aging

In the evening after cleansing your face, apply a small blob of caster oil the size of a pea, to your finger tips and rub your hands together to disperse the oil over your palms. Gently press your hands on your cheeks and forehead, use two or three fingers horizontally to press gently over your eye area, you don’t need to rub the oil in, just let it rest on your skin. Apply Caster Oil in this way all over the remaining unoiled areas until your entire face and neck are covered lightly with the oil, and leave on all night to soak into your skin. In the morning cleanse as usual.


Ideally, you should do this every night before going to bed, it took about a year, to completely heal my skin (the last time round), if you can’t manage it, try to do this most days.

The results I found were (last time round):

  1. Well moisturised, plumped skin
  2. No wrinkles at all, due the the moisturisation and plumping action of the Caster Oil
  3. A reduction in redness and an evening of skin tone
  4. Tightening or a lifting of the facial skin, defining cheek bones and jaw line, again due to the
    mousturisation.

Please note: You don’t need to put on any creams on before the Caster Oil, you can if you wish, but let it sink first, some night creams are very strong and oily. I would suggest, using only a serum and a non oily eye cream underneath or nothing at all.

Coconut Oil and Baking Soda Facemask


In a small bowl, melt 2x teaspoons of Coconut Oil and mix in 1 x teaspoon of Baking Soda.

Apply to the skin in gentle circular movements, the baking soda is exfoliating.

Leave on the skin to soak in for 15-20 mins

Dab off excess Coconut Oil with a cotton pad, (Coconut oil sets, and can block the sink!)

Rinse the rest off with Luke warm water only, there is no need to put extra creams on, your face
will feel very well moisturised, but you can if you want to.
This should be repeated 3 x a week for a least 3 months.

The results I found are:

  1. Well moisturised, plumped skin
  2. Even skin tone, the Coconut Oil, lightens the skin reducing redness and discolouration.
  3. Tightening and lifting of the skin, defining your bone structure more.

Some people say this simple Facemask is better than Botox! I myself have tried this and have found that my results included point 1 and 2 immediately and 1.5 months to start seeing point 3 which I have now started seeing around the jowl area.

The recipe below is from a YouTube Video from Everyday Health Care. Now I have changed it slightly to suit my needs but the sagging neck area that changed to a beautiful smooth neck after using this for a period of time sold me, on their YouTube Channel I had to try it for myself.

EggYolk Face mask – for Creepy neck/face skin

I’ve tested this facemask out with the egg yolk face mask, but instead of vitamin E oil I’ve used Evening Primrose Oil because I already had that.

Ingredients:
1 x Egg Yolk
1 x tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
1 x Vitamin E Capsule


Mix all the ingredients together, pierce the capsule and squeeze the oil into the egg yolk and Apple Cider vinegar mixture and apply to a cleansed face with cotton wool and massage in circular motions, leave for 20 mins and rinse off, then moisturise as normal.


First Observations:
The smell!, not the yolk but the apple cider vinegar, it’s strong and not that appealing. Also the mixture is really quite runny, not what you’d expect from a face mask, but it dries and is quite tight making your skin look shiny as if it was egg white. On the first application, I didn’t notice much except my face does feel firmer when I smile.


Observations after 2 days:
I applied the mixture that I had saved in the fridge from the day before, but this time I massaged it into my skin with the cotton wool (I forgot yesterday) and I left the mask on for a little over an hour, because it’s see through and I was just chilling in the garden.


I can’t say that there’s an obvious visible difference yet, but my forehead wrinkles are getting finer, so that’s a plus for this mask!. And what’s more amazing than anything I’ve tried before is that this mask is somehow changing the fat composite in my face. Now I know that sounds crazy, especially as I have a scientific background and absolutely no proof from data.


The proof I have is a test that I hate doing but it shows how loose and saggy your face is, you simply apply the palms of you hands either side of your face and gently push your face in, to see if you have lots of wrinkles because you seem to have excess skin, it means you have saggy loose skin.

I have done this test many times and I had quite a lot of fat on my face (for me) and my skin was clearly loose, I had huge wrinkles of skin as I pushed my face together, especially around the eyes.

This face mask is actually for Creepy skin, which I don’t have, but as with Creepy skin, albeit a lot looser, I have (now a lot less) excess fat all over my face which is making my skin saggy. Losing weight all over my body, should deal with this too.


After trying this for 16 days, my skin was a lot smoother, and I could see visible results in texture but not in the saggyness. I think this mask is a long term mask to be used over the course of a few months a few times a week.

Results included:

  1. Smoother skin, nourished looking skin.
  2. Reduction in eyebag volume, that is they became smaller.
  3. Skin felt tighter, but well moisturised.
  4. Forehead wrinkles getting finer.

Changing into the person you want to be

What seems like a whole life time ago, I spent quite a long time changing myself into what and who
I wanted to be. I spent a lot of time trying to eliminate fine lines on my forehead and uneven skin tone and of course eye bags! And I succeeded.


Now I am seeing what I worked so hard to eliminate all over again. People kept saying, you need to accept it, your getting older, you won’t be able to stop the ageing process so why are you bothering? And worst of all, ageing is natural!

Ageing is natural, but naturally I don’t like wrinkles!

Yes, I agree ageing is natural, but not for me! I don’t think that having my face smashed in and having reconstructive surgery, then getting beaten up and more to steal my Botox appointment’s so that I can’t have my face frozen to heal and having it slide off and having to re-stick it on myself and then having wrinkle cuts carved into my face by jealous saboteurs who want me to be older than them! I don’t call that natural at all!!!!

The saboteurs carved wrinkles into many models, I used to model a lot but the saboteurs always end up finding us and try to destroy our looks and figures. Some used to inject us with heroin so we couldn’t do anything, we were completely at their mercy, a few of us died of over doses, which were actually lethal injections by murderers.

Many people, not just models have been sabotaged, by them, they wanted to replace us with themselves, but of course they didn’t understand that they cannot become us, they can only be themselves.

Why are we all so fixated with youth and looking young?

I think it’s because so many people were invented (figments), and they were invented at different ages, some children and some teenagers and some in their 20’s all the way up to pensioners. So you can understand why people who were invented perhaps in their 50’s and 60’s were hung up and are hung up on their looks.

(Aside #1) What are Figments?

A Figment is exactly the same as a Human medically speaking, but they do not have souls, some have a Residual Spirit if you like but different from a Soul. They are now the majority population all over the world. A lot of people don’t know whether they are Human or Figment and the tale, tale sign is in the DNA. A figment has a tiny little ‘ f ‘ in their DNA.

Another distinguishing factor is that upon death, they disappear, I know weird! but as Coroners and Police Officers and the Army and Witnesses all over the world will contest, it actually happens in three to four days sometimes sooner and sometimes later, so burial is not really a consideration, Figments have Rememberances, much like a wake. Figments are inventions that the Saboteurs have conjured to cover up their crimes of killing all the Humans, so yes, I am very concerned about overpopulation!.

Both Humans and Figments get ‘Hung Up’ on their looks!

It’s not fair, I mean, the figments would have been brand new people, they wouldn’t have felt old!. They would have identified with the group who perhaps might have been young and thought it very unfair that their looks were different.

Within a natural family, as in within a family that has been born, not invented, the family members
would feel less pressure perhaps about looks because they are surrounded by people (family members) that look just like them. They will see how they might age, they will be taught how to look after their skin by their family members who have already gone through this or who are going through this now.

Doppelgangers, do not have the luxury of generational learning, like families have. Dopplegangers, may or may not have been invented at the same time but not necessarily, so there could be 20-60 years of more difference between them but they look exactly the same.

(Aside #2) What is a Doppleganger?

A doppelganger is a phrase I’ve coined, meaning that a person, Human, or Figment is cloned or copied so a doppelganger is someone who looks exactly like the original but isn’t. In some cases, they have the same memories, up to a point thinking they are the original calling themselves the same name, to all intents and purposes they are the same person but, they are not.

Doppelgangers are clones if you like, not related with the same name!

There are many reasons why people just don’t accept that nothing can be done about wrinkles and the shelves in most chemists and beauty stores attest to this. Products that de-puff, plump, lift, tighten, blur, mask and reduce wrinkles are everywhere!

And yes, I think that they do work, but it’s not enough, I think, certainly in my case, putting weight on and taking it off, having my nose stretched by nose balls? My face is sagging unnaturally and causing wrinkles!

(Aside #3) What are Nose Balls?


Nose balls are a SABOTAGE!. They were in the past clay balls that people used to keep pastry flat when baking. The sabotage is that people were forced to eat them. They started by making people swallow nose balls in such away that they didn’t end up in your stomach, they were forced up into the nasal cavity.

Also the Saboteurs invented people with them already in the nasal cavity. The nasel area clogged up with nose balls and the build up of mucus over the years expands and lifts the bone in your nose, the grisle then grows around the nose, and slowly, slowly the nose enlarges, stretching and pulling all the skin around the nasal area. With the clay nose balls, they eventually break down so you end up with a floppy nose and saggy skin. The skin and the nose is capable of a full recovery, if the skin is well moisturised and your exercise to lose weight and tighten the skin, but this takes time, quite a long time.


In modern day, they use plastic pastry balls, which don’t degrade like clay so they cannot go anywhere, they stay in the nasel cavity and mucus and swelling occurs growing the nose.

In the Arnold Swarzneger film Total Recall, there is an extraction tool we used to get them out. In the film the pastry ball is a tracking device, but that was actually a sabotage to the actor and I had them too. That nose ball sabotage happened within a few days before we found out and extracted them.

I think an X-Ray will show this up and a skilled surgeon or a doctor could flush them out. It’s quite painful as you may remember from the film Total Recall, it’s exactly the feeling that Arnie has when he has the tracker (nose ball) extracted.

I still have them, not the ones from that film, a Saboteur threatened a child’s life if I didn’t swallow them, they were going to make him eat them in such a way they would enter the nasal cavity. A bit like when you drink a fizzy drink the wrong way and it goes up your nose. I came in, shouted at them and they pulled a knife on him, for me to take his place.

So, what can be done about the loosening of skin which sags and causes wrinkles?


People move their faces all the time, so elasticity is what we want, so our faces don’t wrinkle and sag and also, we want to have our skin tightened to get rid of the existing sag and wrinkles. It is the premise of a face lift, I think. Plastic surgeons have always had the best solutions to permanent aesthetic change, of course if you go that way be sure to go to a reputable surgeon and clinic.

I myself have had at least one face lift, because of the nose balls I think it was. Removing the nose balls causes a sag, so although I want my small nose back I don’t want the saggy skin that comes after removal of the nose balls that stretched it.

So, how, does the skin lift and tighten without surgery? Yes, you could use Botox to freeze a muscle and hence the wrinkle would never crease or show. Or you could think about the facial skin in terms of how we think of our body skin.

When we lose weight, our skin shrinks, it also shrinks on and around our faces and necks. Sometimes, we lose weight faster than our skin shrinks, which causes sagging. At that point, if we give up, we are left with unsightly saggy skin, which creases when we bend forward or even when we sit down! In order to get rid of saggy body skin, we need to exercise and continue to lose weight and or tone up. 

It is inevitable that exercise will result eventually in weight loss, this weight loss would naturally include a shrinking of the skin, so it follows that weight loss with exercise will also work on the face and neck.

There are several exercises for the face that you can do to target the area, and of course running or cardio exercises will do overall weight loss.

Exercise to lose weight, and fat around the face to reduce wrinkles.

Exercise promotes a healthy blood flow and will have many benefits to the body as well as losing weight on your body you will notice losing weight on your face too!. There will be a period of looking worse, but don’t worry, just as our body skin has to catch up with the weight loss and can look very saggy, so can our faces. You just need to carry on, work through it until your body skin and your facial skin is toned and has shrunk to fit!.

I have to say, that because there are so many people who are in my opinion, holding stuffing, and have therefore gained a lot of weight, tried to take it off, stopped and then gained more weight and so on, I think that the stuffing which is a physical blockage in a persons stomach and bowels and in some cases bladder, inhibits proper digestion and decreases the bodies ability to metabolise fats is a major contributor to sagging body and facial skin.

When I’ve had the stuffing in me removed, I had to puke and I’ve had my stomach pumped, I lost weight immediately, I didn’t even have to exercise, I did because I had and still have an active lifestyle but the weight loss was so fast and I remember thinking (when I didn’t have wrinkles!) that my face was too tight, I had to use loads of oil on my skin as my facial skin shrank so much, I could feel it, it was so taught!.

(Aside #4) What is the stuffing?

Quite a few saboteurs have aspired to be this cruel, stuffing people (children and adults alike) with blocks (towels, sponges, t-shirts etc) means you gain weight, have thyroid problems, it means the body is less effective at digestion because there is a block, wads of tissues or material.

Tennis balls is another one, extremely painful to pass. After years have passed, like with me, mucus collects in the stomach and hardens, creating a really, really hardball of blockage and bile snot, for want of a better word. There’s a tablet for this to melt it down again, you can get them in the hospitals, but I don’t know the degree of effectiveness in combination with foreign objects, which I think a good deal of people with stomach distension may have.

The abuse of stuffing people, to eventually make them fat, blocking digestion and causing other health problems.

We need Oils and Creams topically, Oils and Water internally and we need to exercise to healthily diminish wrinkles and keep them at bay for a long, long time!

We need to hydrate with water to flush the toxins from your body and you need oils that are carried by the water to your vital organs, skin, hair and nails if taken orally, as in ingested, perhaps eaten as a supplement or in food.

And of course last but not least, the topical applications, the anti ageing creams and face masks!
