Pimples Or Acne, What Sabotage is that?
If you’ve got Pimples and/or Acne you will want to get rid of that immediately! and then you will want to know how to clear the scarring. Does it ever end? Do you feel like you’ve been sabotaged? Fear not there are plenty of solutions out there. The main thing to start with though is a good facial cleansing routine.
It has to be said that Acne was one of the so-called “Drug Dealers Revenges” It was done with drugs, I don’t know which or what, I only know that people woke up the next day with terrible spots, their faces looking like a Margherita Pizza and no explanation for it. I don’t remember anyone ever having Acne before that revenge and neither did my mother, so how did Acne spread outside of the group that was in the “Drug Dealers Revenge” group? Did they stumble on the drugs that did this? or was Acne conjured as an affliction like some other diseases I will speak about in another post. If so then there are more people than we could possibly ever realize inflicting terrible maladies on people for no good reason.
Personally, I think that the spread of Acne is more than one reason, as new people are invented who then invent more new people (known as figments) their understanding of what people look like and suffer from is defined by what they have seen and want. Everyone has seen what Acne is, so they invented people with Acne, just like they invented people of different nationalities, in London a cosmopolitan City.
However, back to what we know of now!
There are many causes for Pimples and Acne, some say it’s too many sweets, others say it’s because you touch your face too much with sticky fingers. Perhaps it’s nearly that time of the month!. Or it could be diet, I’m sure there are many other reasons but the fact is what are you going to do about it?
Solutions for a Spotless Complexion
Without the help of the professionals, which if you can afford it offer some really novel and effective solutions like Micro-Needling which clears the Acne and the Scars. But for those of us on a budget or people that are a bit squeamish about pricking your skin with tiny, tiny needles on an electric roller, there are some things you can do as a regular routine to keep your skin clean and bacteria-free.
The Pimple and Acne Removal Routine:
- Cleanse your face thoroughly with soap or a cleanser designed to combat breakouts.
- Then, Steam your face using a facial steamer or just get a bowl of hot water, cover your head over the bowl with a towel and let face your soak in the steam for between 10 – 20 mins or as much as is comfortable. You can even add a few drops of Tea Tree essential oil or Lavender to boost your steam with anti-bacterial oils.
- Pat dry your face with a clean towel
- Add a clay face mask of your choice, the clay will suck out all the dirt that hasn’t fallen out of your pores from the steam and as your pores are open at this stage the clay mask works even better than without steam. Usually, clay masks are to be left on for about 15 mins or until you feel it dry.
- Wash your clay face mask off with water and pat your face dry
- Apply an antibacterial moisturizer, you will need a moisturizer because the clay mask will make your skin feel tight and uncomfortable if you don’t apply a little light moisturizer.
- You can also apply a spot cream directly to the offending pimples and acne.
Using this technique/routine regularly you will soon see a huge improvement to your complexion. It won’t get rid of all your Pimples or Acne straight away, but it will reduce significantly.
Frequency
You should follow the above routine 3 – 4 times a week until you are happy with the results and then once a week. You will need to follow a skincare regime every day, twice a day of cleansing, toning, and moisturizing and applying your spot stick. There are plenty of very affordable products on the market, like Clearasil, Neutrogena, and Garnier to name but a few.
Now for the scars . . . and how to get rid of them!

The Pimple Sabotage . . .
Well, as I have previously mentioned, this, in my case is not down to my insatiable sweet tooth! but to a Sabotage!
After a bike accident which was due to another Sabotage where people poured oil over the motorway! I was seriously injured, people say, bikers should not remove their helmet after a fall…..but I did, and unfortunately was then baseball batted and was taken to hospital.
This was a long time ago I might add! But the people around me happened to be what I can only describe as EVIL!!

It took ages for my face restructuring and being a surgeon in the past had to help out as well! I was inspected by a doctor, of course, but unbeknown to the doctor, someone or people shall we say, when hospital security was always sabotaged, came to visit, on inspecting my face the doctor was called out of the room and I was left with my victimizers, who in a hushed voice blew the fake coke in my face, which was not fully covered by skin, as I had lost quite a bit. And he said,
“when you heal, even if you have the best doctors, the scars will return and spots will line your face where the skin joins, it will be a dot to dot and no one will like you again”
and they laughed, the doctor came back in and they proceeded to be jovial as if they had cheered me up.
In the proceeding weeks/months I recovered and ran whenever I saw them, too many doppelgängers to get people arrested then.
(Aside 1) What is a Doppelganger?
A doppelganger is a phrase I’ve coined, meaning that a person, Human, or Figment is cloned or copied so a doppelganger is someone who looks exactly like the original but isn’t. In some cases, they have the same memories, up to a point thinking they are the original calling themselves the same name, to all intents and purposes they are the same person but, they are not. I have met many, many doppelgangers as well as knowing the original people and they know they are doppelgangers because they purposely swap with each other in work situations so organization is a nightmare and instructions rarely followed and they communicate their intentions to each other, as in “now it’s your turn to interact with this person” and so on, they try to be quite careful that you don’t realize and only see one of them, but they quite often live with each other and send one – four or so of them out to pretend to the originals friends that they are them. Most unfair!
(Aside 2) What is a Figment?
A Figment is exactly the same as a Human medically speaking, but they do not have souls, some have a Residual Spirit if you like but different from a Soul. They are now the majority population all over the world. A lot of people don’t know whether they are Human or Figment and the tale, tale sign is in the DNA. A figment has a tiny little ‘ f ‘ in their DNA. Another distinguishing factor is that upon death, they disappear, I know weird! but as Coroners and Police Officers and the Army and Witnesses all over the world will contest, it actually happens in three to four days sometimes sooner and sometimes later, so burial is not really a consideration, Figments have Rememberances, much like a wake. Figments are inventions that the Saboteurs have conjured to cover up their crimes of killing all the Humans, so yes, I am very concerned about overpopulation!.
Back to the Story . . .
I had many incidents whereby I had to stay indoors and not be seen! but also when I was seen sometimes mad people would try and rip my face off and peel my lip skin off, possibly trying to see what was underneath?? I don’t know, but it was just awful, you know the types of people I mean, they ask where it hurts and then they want to see the wound and then they try and poke their fingers in your bullet wounds or pick the scabs from knife deflection scars off so you’ll be permanently scarred. Unfortunately, I was surrounded by people of the most dubious backgrounds and mental capacities.
I had to sew my own lips back on!
Yes, there is a scar not that visible though. My face couldn’t actually stick back on with that stuff under my skin (fake coke), which is still there, and actually, it fell off, to the horror of my flatmate, whilst in a gunfight just outside of the house I currently reside!
All of this happened during the Armegheddon of course. I had to cause my skin to weep to get it to stick back on and then stitch it back to my scalp and then go four 8 point Botox, which worked.
Now I know the Acne I have, marks the scarring points and I want this fake coke banned!. Along with the people that ruined my life for a laugh and all in the hope of what they call ‘credit’ in the PH game which I am most certainly against too.
I am Christian so God’s way is the path I choose to follow, odd really because they are following me, so why didn’t they decide on religion too?
