
Olive Oil, Parmesan, Balsamic Vinegar Aperitif
Increasing your Oil intake to improve your skin, hair and internal organs (liver, Kidney etc) couldn't be easier with this simple Aperitif, best eaten as a dip with 3-day old bread (3-day old bread contains extremely strong anitbiotics.) that can be shared with your whole table. If you are Eczema prone eating this for two weeks every day should alleviate any symptoms leaving you flake and itch free!.Balsamic Vinegar particularly out of the brown vinegar's helps wth the brain and is excellent at thinning the blood fats out and thus preventing heart attacks.

Method
- Grate the Parmesan and add to a bowl
- Add a teaspoon or more of Italian herbs
- Pour in the Olive Oil, you can add more or less depending on the consistency you prefer. As you dip 3-day old bread in it, it needs to have a runny consistency.
- Add a few shakes or 1 to 2 tablespoons of Balsamic Vinegar to taste and mix well.
- Cut a few slices of 3-day old bread and butter it well, and that's it, ready to serve.
