Boil a pan with water and a little salt and add the linguine to cook, whilst you make the sauce.
Dice the onion and mince the garlic in olive oil until cooked through.
Add half a jar of Green Pesto and stir through with the onions and garlic.
Wash the Rocket leaves and add to the onions and pesto.
Squeeze half a lemon in the mix.
When the linguine is cooked, drain and coat with butter or olive oil, before adding your sauce and in the main uncooked Rocket. Stir the sauce through and the Rocket leaves will wilt with the heat.
When mixed, serve with salt and pepper a handful of Parmesan shavings, enjoy!
